VAMSYSTEMS is currently looking for TECHNICAL WRITER for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions: Skill Set required: • At least 3-4 years as a technical writer in a large organization. Experience in managing multiple tasks is essential. • Good understanding of programming languages, databases, network technologies. • A good command of MS office and MS Visio is required. Qualifications required: • Educational qualifications:- University Degree in Computer Studies or the equivalent. • Professional Qualifications:- Cobit / ITIL. Responsibilities: • Develop & Maintain documents for all key process areas within the IT department. • On a daily basis follow up with the project coordinators to complete project documentation. Standardize functional specifications, technical specifications, RFP, project plan, Flow diagrams, ER diagrams, meeting minutes, enhancements, test cases etc. • Help develop and conduct post implementation review. Design survey questionnaires for business and IT team members. Compile post implementation review report. • Help educate staff on best practices and documentation ethics. • Ensure all documents adhere to the documentation standards and all necessary documents for a given process are complete. • Liaise with auditors; help compile all the required information. • Help in policy development and good practice for IT control throughout organizations. Enable alignment and simplifying implementation of the control framework. Present activities in a more streamlined and practical manner for continuous improvement in IT governance. • Develops Nationals as directed by senior management. Undertakes similar or related tasks or duties as directed by senior management. Domain : Bank Terms and conditions: Joining time frame : Maximum 4 weeks The selected candidates shall join VAM SYSTEMS – UAE and shall be deputed to one of the leading Banks in UAE.
